ExecutionZ provides business assessments, intelligence reports, strategic advisory services, execution consulting, coaching, workshops, and related professional services.
If ExecutionZ is unable to generate and deliver the purchased report or assessment after receiving the information required for analysis, the client may be eligible for a refund.
Once the purchased report, assessment, analysis, recommendation document, or other agreed deliverable has been successfully delivered, the purchase shall be considered fulfilled and no refund shall be available.
ExecutionZ provides professional analysis, recommendations, insights, and execution guidance.
Business outcomes may vary based on leadership decisions, implementation quality, market conditions, competition, and other external factors.
Business results or lack of results shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information required for assessments and analysis.
ExecutionZ shall not be responsible for delays, limitations, or recommendations affected by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Cancellation requests may be considered before work has commenced.
Once report generation, assessment processing, analysis, advisory work, or service delivery has begun, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.
Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded after verification.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
