ExecutionZ™ is built to handle sensitive business and financial information — including uploaded documents such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets — with the same care we'd want for our own. This page describes the safeguards we apply. It is a plain-language overview and supplements, rather than replaces, our Privacy Policy.
1. Encryption
- Data transmitted between your device and our platform is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
- Data at rest, including uploaded documents and diagnostic outputs, is stored using our infrastructure providers' encryption-at-rest capabilities.
2. Access Controls
- Access to client data within our systems is restricted to team members and advisors who need it to deliver your diagnosis, assessment, or advisory engagement.
- Account access to the platform is protected by authentication, including support for third-party sign-in providers.
- Internal access is logged and reviewed periodically.
3. Infrastructure
Our platform runs on established, industry-recognized cloud infrastructure and database providers, and payments are processed exclusively through authorized, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store complete card, banking, or payment credentials on our own servers.
4. Use of AI in Processing Your Data
Where your submitted information is processed by third-party AI tools to generate a diagnosis or assessment output, it is shared with that provider solely to fulfil your request. We take reasonable steps to disable or opt out of any provider setting that would otherwise permit your data to be used to train publicly available models, where such an option is available to us. 5. Confidentiality
Business and financial information you submit is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver our Services and to improve our methodology, in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our Services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us (see Section 8 below).
7. No Absolute Guarantee
No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but cannot warrant absolute protection against all forms of unauthorized access, misuse, or breach.
